Event Description:
First court for Felix and Vivien to meet Officers, Retinue, Sergeants, Sergeant Candidates champions and a short court. Socializing, snacks, music and other activities will also occur.
Day will be filled with period games, roman themed savory and sweet snack potluck, music and other activities. There will be a open table discussion about the Baronial Social calendar and the possibility of holding at peoples homes.
The main room where we normally have social will be the coffee/ tea snack area and tables for socializing, music and activities.
The raised area will be used for the meetings.
Main room used for court in the afternoon.
No gate fee but asking for donations to the Barony.

Salve Civium,
Baron Felix and Baroness Vivien extend greetings and invite you to the First Court of Their Excellencies Three Mountains, to mark the beginning of their reign.
We shall gather the populace on Saturday, March 30th, 2019 at the Milwaukie Odd Fellows Hall, in Milwaukie Oregon between 10am and 4pm.
The day shall be filled with socializing, period games, music and other activities, ending the day with a short court. The Baron and Baroness would like to meet their Champions, officers, retinue, Sergeants and citizens interested in joining the Sergeantry throughout the day. A schedule will be forthcoming.
To nourish the populace during the day the Baron and Baroness ask that all citizens contribute to a savory or sweet roman-themed snack potluck. Please remember to provide a list of ingredients with each dish and prepare enough for at least 10 people.
There will be no site fee for this event but donations to the Baronial Coffers will be accepted at gate.

Take your best route to 99W East/McLoughlin Blvd. Proceed approximately 9 miles south out of Portland. At SE Harrison light, turn LEFT. At SE Main St, (the first stop sign) turn LEFT. The lodge is approximately 3 blocks down on the RIGHT. Parking lot in back and side of building
