We will be setting up tables for all to use for organized displaying of items. (Be considerate and polite)
There will be no monetary exchange. All goods are donated and free.
Please bring your own bags.

Consider donating your unwanted Fabric, Notions, Trims, Patterns, and craft supplies. Help provide materials to the fledgling and skilled crafters. Perhaps you can find some new and interesting items yourself.
If you have tools and trade goods that you no longer have need of, there may be a useful home for them in the hands of an eager newcomer or seasoned crafter.
Do you have clean gently used garb or gear you no longer use? Think of bringing it to the exchange! Help further the reenactment fun for others.
Please make note: If you are bringing items to donate, you must either remove all unclaimed items at the end of the event, or make arrangements with Lady Simone (Sarah Law) to have them cleared from site and taken to a donation center.
If you have a donation, but may not be able to attend, please contact Lady Simone (Sarah Law). She may be able to coordinate pick up.
