Event Steward Report – 12th Night 2019 – March Council Reoirt 2017
- I signed the contract with the DoubleTree Hotel on February 28th.
- A deposit of $150 is due to the hotel by June 15, 2017 to finalize the contract. I have the invoice for that with me tonight to give into the care of the Exchequer for payment.
- I have talked briefly with the An Tir décor group and have come up with a Byzantine theme. I am working on getting the team for the décor of the merchant hall together with the décor group to coordinate a coherent theme throughout all of our spaces.
- I am still in the process of filling key roles, but should have those all filled by the end of tourney season.
