Baronial Awards

Award of the Golden Torc (GT)

Given as a token of thanks and appreciation for service to the Barony. This award may be given multiple times. The emblem is a brass wire torc.

Award of the Beacon of Three Mountains

Given in recognition for members of the populace who go out of their way to be welcoming and helpful to newcomers

Award of the Culinaria Ingenium

Given in recognition and acknowledgement of culinary excellence shared with the Barony. The emblem is a functional wooden spoon.

Award of Roland’s Oliphant

Given in recognition of the service of those who stay to the end of events to help with clean up. The emblem is a hunting horn.

Award of the Mountain GOAT

Given in recognition to outgoing officers who have preformed exceptional service and long periods in their office, outside of the norm. The emblem is a Ibex or mountain goat

Award of the Myrtle Leaf

Given in recognition of individual persona development. The emblem is a wooden leaf.

Award of the Baronial Treasure

Given in recognition of the high regard and affection one is held by the Coronet and people of the Barony for exceptionally kind and generous support. A scroll or scroll like object is customarily presented to the recipient.

Award of the Heart of Three Mountains

Given to recognize the service and contributions of children between the ages of birth and majority. The emblem is either a natural or heart shaped red agate or other red stone.

Award of the Mountains’ Muse

Given to recognize those who through their words and deeds inspire others to achieve their highest potential. A scroll or scroll like object is presented to the recipient.

Award of Ethereal Splendor

Given in recognition of supporting the barony online through teaching, entertainment, or community building.

Order of the Crystal Rainbow (OCR)

Polling order. Given in recognition of exceptional service to the Barony. The emblem is a crystal pendant. Name and armory registered.

Order of the Mountain Sun (OMS)

Polling order. Given in recognition of exceptional performance in the Arts and/or Sciences in the Barony. The emblem is a Sun medallion. Name and armory registered.

Ordo Aegidis Honoris (OAH)

aka Aegis of Honor. Polling order. Given in recognition of ongoing exceptional courtesy and chivalric behavior. The emblem is a Medusa head medallion. Name and armory registered.

Order of Three Mountains (OTM)

Polling order. Given in recognition of exceptional and long continuing service to the Barony in many areas, including those recognized by the other awards and orders of the Barony. The emblem is a pottery bead, indented azure and argent. Name and armory registered.

Token of the Amber Leaf

Given to recognize achievements in the arts and sciences. The token is an amber colored leaf in any media. May be given multiple times.

Token of the Olwyn o Aur (Wheel of Gold)

Given to those who support the tournaments: Water Bearers, Field Heralds, Marshals, or List Persons. May be given multiple times. The token shall be a gold wheel.

Token of Guillermo’s Rose

Given in recognition of single exceptional acts of courteous and chivalric behavior both on and off the battlefield. May be given multiple times. The token is a rose in any media.


Anyone may recommend anyone for recognition. (see the “Recommend Someone for an Award” on the website). If you observe someone at an event who should be recognized with a Token, please bring it to Their Excellencies attention as soon as practical.
