Archery Marshal Report – January 2018

Greetings to our Seneschal, Their Excellencies, the Officers (including the NEW Mountains Pursuviant Herald!) and members of the populace of Three Mountains.

December was filled with family and love at our house and hopes that yours was as well. I heard the New Year’s Eve Eve Archery Guild Social was a fun time.

This month’s Guild Workshop is this Saturday, the 20th, from 10 to 4 at the home of Hannah & Jerry (Randi & Jerry Moscoe). Message or email her for the address:
There will be a pot of soup, but other snacks are welcome and please bring a beverage. There is a class being taught by my Deputy, Ulaan, on how to make a fabric quiver like the one found in the Mary Rose. The class is full, but I’ll bet others can observe and learn.

Watch the Tri-Baronial Archery & TW Facebook page for details about the Feb. 24th workshop.
Refskegg of House Bread has offered to teach a future class in arrow-making, if there is interest.

Our Ulaan (Red Czekala) competed in the modern Oregon Barebow Challenge 2018 and took Second Place! Huzzah to Ulaan!

I need to make arrangements to put the Baronial Archery gear in my possession into storage and am submitting my receipts from last year’s expenses along with a check request.

Yours in Service,
Dana Chathair Saibhin
