Archery Marshal Report – February 2017

Greetings! Long time, no see! We have had some good archery practices (when not cancelled due to weather). One week we had 8 new people who are affiliated with Trackers Earth come and join us! Thank goodness they could use the Trackers bows and arrows, as I had no notice and did not bring the loaner gear. Also a huge shout out to our Geese, Duncan and Robert for helping them; because I confess I did a bit of a “deer in the headlights”! I realized it has been a decade since I taught anyone beginning archery! Four of them came back last week, so we did something right! I have taken to bringing our rag-tag collection of loaner gear with me and I can just leave it in the Durango if we don’t need it.

Trackers had an Open House on the 8th of this month. They will do so again on the 8th and the 15th of next month and the 12th of April and the 17th of May. We are quite welcome to still practice archery on those evenings, but they reserve the range until 7:15 on those occasions. So be advised that I will not be showing up until 7:00 at the earliest on those nights.

Jared and Cassie hosted an Archery Guild workshop on the 18th and will do so again next month on the 18th, from 10 to 4. Many thanks!

Master Robert has the Top Ten Archery coins/medallions that were won by 3Mts and will be sure to give them to Their Excellencies at Stromgard’s Founding Revel this weekend, so they may be presented in Court.

Yours In Service to Archery,

Dana Chathair Saibhin (more commonly known as Spritzie)

Baronial Archer of Three Mountains
